Rules

  1. Games are 55 minutes.
    • Umpires please keep teams informed of time.
    • No new inning will start after 55 minutes.
    • Championship games in tournaments or league will have no time limit.

  2. If the game is TIED after 55 minutes or 7 complete innings, the game is then played by INTERNATIONAL RULES:
    • The extra innings will start with the LAST AT BAT player from the prior inning placed on 2nd Base.
    • Inning starts with ONE OUT.
    • Game goes to ONE PITCH (i.e. Ball = WALK, Called strike = Out, Foul Ball = Out, etc) and play until we have a WINNER!
    • Any substitutions may not re-enter the game.

  3. THREE balls, TWO strikes, NO courtesy foul.
    • NO ten run per inning rule for Major and AAA Divisions.
    • For all other divisions, there is a ten run per inning rule.
    • If homerun exceeds 10 runs, all runs count.

  4. USSSA Bats ONLY.
    • Does NOT have to be stamped.
    • NO altered or shaved bats allowed - you will be suspended if you're caught using one.

  5. The team who wins the coin flip gets the choice of home team in the first or second game.

  6. Home Run limits:
    • Major: 5
    • AAA: 3
    • AA: 2
    • A: 1
    • Rec: 1
    • Will be an automatic OUT after limit is made for all divisions.

  7. Flip-Flop rule will be used after THREE innings should a team trail by more than TEN runs.
    • 20 Runs after THREE innings
    • 15 Runs after FOUR innings
    • 10 Runs after FIVE innings

  8. ONE pinch-runner per inning unless a player is hurt.
    • Umps and coaches please use discretion and sportsmanship here.

  9. EIGHT players may start a game.

  10. IF you have a protest do NOT wait until after the game.
    • Please call Blake at 651-368-1881 if there is an issue you CANNOT resolve.

  11. Fighting, verbal abuse of other members and umpires, and poor sportsmanship will lead to ejection and possible suspension or expulsion from the league.

  12. PLEASE no swearing (especially the F-Bomb).
    • The league should be family friendly.
    • You will get one warning and then an ejection.

  13. Standard USSSA rules apply.


  14. No one can film games unless there is consent from all players and the umpire.
